Treatment Acceptance: Procedures will be explained prior to the commencement of any treatment and patients have the right to refuse or cease treatment at any time.
Fees: It is the full responsibility of the patient for settlement of their account on the day of treatment (excluding DVA, workcover, TAC claims). Where any physiotherapy, pilates, massage, myotherapy or hypnotherapy fees are initially billed to a third party, patients are liable for such fees if they are not recoverable from such third party.
Cancellation Policy: Missed appointments may disadvantage therapists and other patients. Accordingly, at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation must be given and if a patient fails to do so, standard fees will be payable in full.
Privacy Policy: Your personal information and privacy is of very high importance to us at Brighton Bay Physiotherapy. You may use our blog anonymously, however when referring friends, or when subscribing to our mailing list, we may request particulars of personal identifying information in order to fulfill a request of yours. We will never rent, sell, trade or in any way reveal your personal information to any third party without your prior consent unless otherwise required by law.
